This qualification has been designed by industry experts and is for those of you already working in the hospitality industries who are seeking to step up to a management role. It is also suitable for new entrants looking to break into the dynamic field of hospitality management.

The hospitality industry crosses many areas of employment in a range of sectors including cafes and restaurants, hotels and motels, resorts and casinos, pubs and clubs and many other types of service venues. This Diploma course covers everything from hospitality fundamentals to customer service and hospitality operations.

There are also elective streams in this course: Food and Beverage, Front of House and Small Business Management, which allows you to focus your study towards the employment outcome of your choice.
