Bronze Medallion Course Skill Set

Our Bronze Medallion course  takes place over two days and is suitable for those who are planning to work in indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities. Throughout this course, you will learn how to perform basic water rescues and provide CPR.

Students will be required to  complete a:

  • Written assessment
  • Practical assessment of performance in rescue scenarios and role plays

Please note, you must be at least 14 or turning 14 this year to enrol.  A sufficient fitness level is required to complete a 400m swim (four different strokes) within 13 minutes and a 50m swim followed by a 50m tow within 3 minutes, 15 seconds.

Please bring a long-sleeved shirt and pants.
