This entry-level qualification provides you with the fundamental skills needed to enter the hospitality industry as a food and beverage attendant, kitchenhand, or housekeeping assistant.
You can select a stream of study to specialise in throughout this course, including administration, commercial cooking and catering, communication and teamwork, cleaning, or food safety. Throughout this course, you will learn about hygienic processes for food safety, providing customer information and assistance, and working safely and effectively as part of a team.
