The Certificate I in Hospitality is an entry-level qualification, providing participants with the skills and knowledge in fundamental hospitality operations.

Participants who complete this qualification will be able to undertaken work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. Individuals may work with some autonomy or in a team, usually under close supervision.
