The art industry is significant in the North West of Australia with its vibrant festivals, exhibitions and cultural celebrations.

The Certificate I in Visual Arts provides participants with the fundamental creative and technical skills that underpin visual arts and craft practices. Throughout this course, students will develop basic skills in utilising the appropriate mediums for different genres of work, and the safe use of art products in the industry.

This course is suitable for new and beginners in the visual art and craft space, and is the first in a suite of visual arts qualifications participants can progress through.
