The Logistics and Warehousing industry is essential to the developing resources sector in North Western Australia.

The Certificate II in Warehousing Operations provides participants with the practical skills and knowledge to receive and despatch goods, and pick and pack orders.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Participate in stock-takes
  • Handle dangerous goods
  • Operate a hand-pallet forklift
  • Undertake relevant computing activities
  • Provide good customer service
  • Undertake quality control procedures

Upon successful completion, participants will have the knowledge and skills required to work in the warehousing industry, as well as a nationally recognised qualification. Recognition of Prior Learning is available for suitable candidates.
