Tourism is one of Western Australia"s major industries and is a well know destination for both domestic and international tourists. There is a wide range of job opportunities associated with the products and services offered by the industry.

This qualification provides a pathway to work in a range of tourism industry sectors and job outcomes may include booking agent, sales consultants, visitor information centres, attractions, cultural and heritage sites, and small tourism businesses.

The majority of this course is self-paced via our online learning platform. Students will work through the learning material and then complete the set tasks and activities outlined. The work placement chosen must meet the requirements of the course. Your lecturer can assist with deciding which organisations may suitable.
