Take your hospitality career to the next level by gaining the skills to work in a supervisory role. The Certificate IV in Hospitality will teach participants how to lead a team of staff by providing training and advice, maintaining a roster, managing diversity and addressing workplace conflicts.
Participants will also gain other management skills including maintaining a budget and transactions, and planning and costing basic menus.
This course is available at other campus locations upon request.
This course requires a mandatory work placement with an employer or participation in a 'live works' training area of the college. Prior to work placement with an employer or participating in a live works training area, you will need to be fully vaccinated, or you may not be able to successfully complete the course.
