Establishing your own small business?
The Certificate IV in New Small Business covers the essential elements of legal and risk management, marketing, finances and small business planning. This qualification is suitable for those establishing a small business, requiring skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
Throughout this course, students can use their own business as an example and work through projects to assist them in developing their business plans and strategies. As busy business owners, participants can elect to study areas where they need additional knowledge.
There are multiple elective units covering areas such as finance, networking, managing business operations, team, projects, customer service and marketing research.
This course is available at other campus locations upon request.
