This qualification provides you with the practical skills and knowledge to manage all aspects of a project's integrative processes in a wide variety of contexts. You will provide solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. You will learn to apply project scope management techniques such as time management, cost management, quality management, human resources, communications, risk management and contract and procurement procedures.
