This qualification is directly aligned with priority industry areas where jobs are today, and into the future. As part of the state government Lower fees, local skills initiative, from 1 January 2020 through to 31 December 2025 you'll only pay half the tuition fees (plus resource fee) capped at $1,200; or $400 if you're aged 15—24 or eligible for a concession. This course provides you with project management skills that can be applied to both small and large-scale projects. You will learn about project scope and timeline development, quality control measures, resource, costing, data and risk management, as well as engaging and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Throughout this course, you will gain skills in:
- Project scope and timeline development

- Project lifecycle facilitation
- Data management using Microsoft Excel
Students will gain skills in project management and be able to apply them to both small and large scale projects working as a project team member.

This qualification is primarily offered online, with fortnightly group online tutorial sessions as well as individual tutorial support when needed. If you are completing this course through your workplace, you will have access to mentors for additional support while at work.
