Creativity in the Visual Arts Skill Set

State ID: IAC79

Get creative in the visual arts space!

Derby - Join us Wednesdays from 5.00pm - 8.00pm, begins 12 February

Experiment, explore and learn a variety of techniques using clay, to form your own creative pieces through North Regional TAFE’s weekly ceramic class in Derby.

During these sessions you will imaginatively explore ceramic materials and processes to create and form your pieces by hand. Firing and glazing will also take place, where you will learn more about colours and design ideas that are relevant to your formed pieces.

Fitzroy Crossing - Join us Tuesdays from 5.00pm - 8.00pm, begins 3 March

Experiment, explore and learn a variety of techniques within the visual arts, including printmaking, drawing, painting and ceramic skills. With each workshop you will imaginatively explore a different process every time, allowing you to experiment with several art processes to design and create small works of art.

This unit is appropriate for beginners, teachers, artists and hobbyists, where you can work at your own pace under the guidance of a lecturer.
