Turn the ocean into your office with a career in the aquaculture industry.
The Diploma of Aquaculture is suitable for those who already have experience in the aquaculture industry and wish to develop higher level managerial skills.
Throughout this course, students will:
- Develop production plans
- Design an aquaculture system
- Investigate sustainable husbandry
- Undertake risk management and disease mitigation for strategic development
Participants will learn about government regulations and restrictions, designing holding systems, developing policies and procedures, implementing new technologies, implementing effective controls and corrective actions, managing production systems, and sourcing external contractors.
