The Diploma of Leadership and Management covers a range of skills required to succeed in a role as a team leader, supervisor or general manager. You will learn how to communicate as a leader and engage emotional intelligence to plan and problem solve with your team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your operational, budgeting and financial planning skills, with a focus on creating a sustainable competitive advantage in the workplace.

- You have 3+ years of office or commercial experience and wish to progress into a team leader, supervisor or general manager role

You require a satisfactory level of literacy to read and write complex documents, as well as numeracy skills to collate and manipulate data. This course requires the ability to competently use the Microsoft Office suite and conduct online research.
