TAE Design Skill Set

This 3 day workshop provides individuals with the skills and knowledge required to use training packages and accredited courses as tools to conceptualise, design, develop and review learning programs.

Students will learn how to best meet an identified need for a group of learners to support industry, organisation and individual competency development needs.

The Skill Set is comprised of the following units:

  • TAEDES401 Design and develop learning programs
  • TAEDES402 Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs

Units of competency delivered in this workshop have been derived from the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.


This course is part of the Skills Ready initiative, allowing you to pay just half of the standard course fees for training from now until 2025! In addition, eligible students will have their course fees capped at just $400 per year. Please note that additional resource, material and/or equipment costs may apply.
