Annual fee caps

The annual fees cap on Lower fees, local skills qualifications means that regardless of how much course fees are, you will not pay more than a set total amount per qualification or course per calendar year. The annual fees cap is set at $400 for eligible concession students, and $1,200 for non-concession students, plus resource fees.

  • All students aged 15—24 years of age are eligible for an annual concession course fee cap of $400 
  • For all eligible concession students, the annual course fee cap is $400
  • The annual course fee cap for non-concession students is $1,200

Please note that only course fees are half price for the Lower fees, local skills qualifications. You may be required to pay other fees that apply to your course.
