Learn how to provide first aid in an emergency situation to infants, children and adults.

This course applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting, who are required to respond to a first aid situation, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.

Participants will learn how to respond to an emergency situation, apply appropriate emergency first aid procedures, communicate details of the incident, and evaluate the incident and their own performance.

This course consists of practical assessments that are completed while working on the floor, therefore we suggest wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing.
