This course provides participants with the skills required to work in a socially diverse industry, providing high standards of service and communication to consumers.

This course is the fourth of five short and intensive face to face sessions contributing to the nationally recognised qualification TLI21616 Certificate II in Warehousing Operations.

This course covers:

  • Identifying the needs of customers, and delivering high quality products and services
  • Communication with customers
  • Cultural awareness and problem solving techniques
  • Anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity regulations
