TAE ASSESSMENT SKILLS WORKSHOP

This workshop provides participants with an understanding of their assessment responsibilities within a competency-based assessment system.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify, analyse and interpret assessment tool
  • Design, develop, use and validate assessment instructions, plans and tools used to guide the collection of quality evidence
  • Assess Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Units of competency delivered in this workshop have been derived from the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

TAEASS402 Assess competence

TAEASS403 Participate in assessment validation

TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools
