This workshop provides participants with an understanding of their assessment responsibilities within a competency-based assessment system.
Participants will learn how to:
- Identify, analyse and interpret assessment tool
- Design, develop, use and validate assessment instructions, plans and tools used to guide the collection of quality evidence
- Assess Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Units of competency delivered in this workshop have been derived from the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Units covered:
TAEASS401 Plan assessment activities and processes
TAEASS402 Assess competence
TAEASS403 Participate in assessment validation
TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools
