WORKPLACE LEADERSHIP SKILL SET

This skill set answers all the questions critical to becoming a successful leader in the workplace

Some of the questions that need to be answered are:

• How do I resolve workplace conflict?
• How do I manage poor performance in my team?
• How do I recognise and improve workplace relationships?
• How do I apply knowledge of my organisations goals, objectives and plans?
• How do I incorporate productivity measures into my team plan?

These and many other questions will be addressed during the delivery of this course and there will be ample opportunity for you to discuss these questions with your lecturer in a strictly confidential environment.
