The Diploma of Quality Auditing provides participants with the skills to use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.

Participants will learn all aspects of undertaking a quality audit, from participating in, initiating, leading and managing the process.

Upon successful completion, participants may work as quality assurance managers, quality facilitators, quality and improvement consultants or service quality system support analysts.

Learn about the topics crucial to working in the business and finance industry such as marketing, management, finance and skills such as how to manage office administration staff and develop the skills needed to produce complex documents, prepare financial reports, organise meetings and travel schedules.

Learn both manual and computerised accounting to undertake duties such as completing a business activity statement and other tax requirements, operational reporting, preparation of budgets, classifying, recording and reporting.
