This course reflects the role of an educator who is responsible for the planning, implementing and management of programs in early childhood education and care services in accordance with legislative requirements and national quality standards. Participants will learn how to document, plan and evaluate children’s play, with a focus on inclusion, mentoring, management and working in a culturally diverse environment.

This workshop provides individuals with the skills and knowledge required to use training packages and accredited courses as tools to conceptualise, design, develop and review learning programs.

Students will learn how to best meet an identified need for a group of learners to support industry, organisation and individual competency development needs.

A qualification in children’s services can be very rewarding and engaging as you become part of a child’s growth and development and help them learn in an environment that is engaging and supporting. Our courses will provide you with the basic skills needed to assist in caring for the social, emotional, physical and educational needs of infants and young children in various care settings – through to the skills and knowledge to manage the operation of a child care centre.

Education Support courses will enable you to assist teaching staff in schools and provide care and supervision for children with special learning and physical needs from kindergarten to Year 12. They encourage and assist people to access those services and advocate social justice. Community Service workers have a powerful effect on the lives of individuals and on the way our society deals with social changes, challenges and issues.
