Our hospitality industry is busy, and the jobs are out there.

If you're keen to work in a restaurant, hotel, resort, club, winery, bar, or licensed cafe the Introduction to Hospitality Skill Set is for you.

You will gain the skills required to serve and supply alcohol (RSA), a requirement under the state licensing laws for all employees such as food and beverage attendants, winery cellar door staff, delivery service staff or anyone working in a liquor outlet.

Use hygienic practices for food safety is an important skill, essential for those working with and handling food. You will be provided with the knowledge to manage personal hygiene, prevent food contamination and identify and control, food hazards within a kitchen or small food premises.

Not all units and study modes are offered at all campuses. Please check with your local campus.
