Dangerous Goods Awareness is a great introductory course for companies and individuals seeking to learn what is required when dealing with dangerous goods and hazardous substances in the workplace.
This course includes:
- Fundamental classification and identification process of dangerous goods and hazardous material
- Storage and segregation regulations
- Packaging standards
- Marking and labelling of packages
- Documentation for transport via road and rail transport
- Reading and interpreting Safety Data Sheets
- Familiarisation with the Australian Dangerous Goods Code by Road and Rail
