In 2021, our Commercial Cookery students were once again honoured to work alongside Fervor's Paul Iskov, to deliver a spectacular pop-up dining experience in Broome!
It was a unique opportunity for students to put in to practice what they had been learning as well as gain valuable experience in an authentic, high calibre setting.
Fervor prides itself on sourcing fresh, locally sourced produce and presenting it to diners in a memorable, picturesque location.
