Karratha Campus

Operating as one of NR TAFE's largest campuses, Karratha is located in the Pilbara. 

Karratha Campus specialises in many areas including:

Featuring a state-of-the-art beauty salon, Salon 700 provides our students with the ability to gain a strong experience interacting with real life clients. The facility encompasses modern hairdressing, beauty therapy and manicure stations, front reception along with a classroom replicating a working environment to equip students with all the skills needed to gain entry into the hair or beauty industry. 

The Industry Skills Centres based at our Karratha and Pundulmurra campuses support the delivery of essential training to tradespeople employed in the mining, construction and logistics industries, specifically meeting the needs of the Pilbara workforce's specific training goals.

    The Electrical and Instrumentation Training Centre at Karratha supports the delivery of a range of electrical and instrumentation training, through the use of the latest interactive computer-based training aides, training rigs and instrumentation.

    The Industry Skills Centres based at our Karratha and Pundulmurra campuses support the delivery of essential training to tradespeople employed in the mining, construction and logistics industries. The Centres were built to supoprt the Pilbara workforce's specific training goals, through the delivery of courses in firefighting, forklift operation, rigging and dogging, scaffolding, working at heights, and working in confined spaces.

    Salon 700 is a training hair and beauty salon based at North Regional TAFE's Karratha campus. The facility encompasses modern hairdressing, beauty therapy and manicure stations, front reception along with a classroom replicating a working environment to equip students with all the skills needed to gain entry into the hair or beauty industry.
