The Certificate III in Information Technology has been tailored to meet the needs of an information communications technology (ICT) support worker. ICT Support Worker employment is expected to grow by 17.4% by 2026 (Labour Market Insights, 2022).

This qualification prepares participants for employment across a wide range of ICT areas, including technical support, network administration, web technologies, software applications and digital media technologies.

This course is part of the Skills Ready initiative, allowing you to pay just half of the standard course fees for training from now until 2025! Learners are required to complete between 10 -15 hours per week of set reading and follow up activities provided by your lecturer. 

ICT30120 Certificate III in Information Technology can be completed in one year. The units are scheduled as per the enrolment form in each term.
