Do you work in a venue where alcohol is served?
Responsible practices must be undertaken wherever alcohol is served or sold, including all types of hospitality venues, retail liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries.
This course covers the specifics of dealing with the sale and service of alcohol including local accord agreements.
The course will be delivered face to face by an experienced industry professional and covers real life scenarios. The legal responsibilities and duty of care of organisations and individuals is investigated and group discussion is encouraged.
This is a nationally recognised course and contributes to a Certificate II in Hospitality.
This is a targeted skill set related to the Skills Ready program, which is aimed at rebuilding our local businesses and communities with free and reduced-price training. Other skill sets can be found on our Skill sets and short courses (opens in a new tab) page.
