The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management explores a range of topics relevant to those wishing to pursue a career as an office manager, team leader or supervisor.

Workplace leadership roles require strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your team. You will need to be organised and able to handle several tasks at one time, and this course can help you get there.

This course covers the principles of leadership and management, and will guide you through the use of effective written and verbal communication, from report writing to problemsolving, and network and relationship building. You will learn about operational planning, getting the most out of digital technology and initiating workplace health and safety operations.

This course is suited to you if:

  • You want to progress into a supervisory role where you manage people and/or work projects
